Center for Children and Youth (Former Bank)

Description: This was one of the first bank buildings in the city. It had some Art Nouveau features, including floral ornaments. Over the course of its history, the building served as a pedagogical technical school, a teacher’s institute, a high school, and a children’s and youth centre. As a result of Russian shelling, the building was completely destroyed by fire.
